These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with South Carolina law and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts covering Horry County South Carolina. You and Willow Bella. agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts as previously mentioned, and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts
